Tutoring Tree has an ambitious goal of changing education in America. Founded by a teacher, Tutoring Tree originally started with the simple idea of matching great tutors with students.
The Challenge.
Tutoring Tree needed to create a robust website capable of easily scaling to multiple markets and more capable of allowing tutors to manage their schedules, finances and other common administrative function. The operational overhead associated with the current product made the ability to scale as a business very challenging.
The Solution.
Premier Logic mapped all the business processes performed by Tutoring Tree on a daily basis and set out to creating a suite of services capable of automating as much of it as possible.
In addition, Premier Logic is responsible for the brand development, messaging, website design and development and social media strategies.
