The Challenge.
Ernst & Young challenged Premier Logic to architect a software foundation for their latest auditing methodology application. The advent of Sarbanes Oxley necessitated changes in how auditing was executed, and Premier Logic needed to incorporate these changes into an architecture that encompassed new requirements from global leaders and also existing requirements from previous projects.
The Solution.
Ernst & Young needed to efficiently collaborate on auditing engagements with a consistent methodology. Premier Logic drove the software architecture of a core, peer-to-peer engagement portal for global collaboration.
The Results.
Premier Logic’s strength in leadership and technical expertise was leveraged to lead an initial team of 10 top resources to architect and deliver a working prototype to determine the feasibility of Ernst & Young’s approach. Successfully delivering this proof of concept, Premier Logic was then tasked with creating the software foundation from which all team members would use to orchestrate project deliverables.
